Can I use MakeShift for scheduling only?
Yes, you can use MakeShift for scheduling only, if you choose to. When schedules are created in MakeShift, they can be synced into Jonas at timed intervals or manually as needed.
We will review your scheduling requirements during the implementation phase to ensure the everything is tailored to your company's needs.
Can I use MakeShift for both time AND scheduling?
Yes, you can use MakeShift for both scheduling and time collection. Our Jonas partnership allows clients to seamlessly sync information from either Jonas Club Management (JCM) or Jonas Encore into MakeShift for scheduling and time purposes.
We will review your scheduling and time collection requirements during the implementation phase to ensure the product and integration are tailored to your company's needs.
How will my location, department and employee info get setup in MakeShift?
All relevant information including location, department and employee data will be set up during the implementation phase.
Once the integration between your Jonas account and your MakeShift has been completed, this information will flow automatically into the MakeShift system which will reduce the duplication of effort for your managers.
Where will I go for MakeShift support?
MakeShift Support can be accessed by going to support.makeshift.ca or 587-390-2068. All tickets are addressed within 24-48 business hours.
You will also be assigned a dedicated Account Manager during your implementation process and can reach out directly to this representative at any time.
Can I receive additional training after being implemented?
Yes, you may reach out at any time to your specialist and we will be happy to arrange any additional training for your team.
Additional charges maybe applicable depending on the terms of your contract.
Can we schedule our staff for events held at the golf-course?
Absolutely! Many of our existing clubs use MakeShift to schedule different events such as weddings and tournaments.
The use of job sites can be used to help facilitate this so be sure to inquire with your implementation specialist and we will review this functionality with you during implementation.
